Team Building

Mission: To reward a group of graduates on their last day of their course before graduation.  The activity was to culminate a final module of hard work and intense focus so the fun factor was a huge part of the clients brief.  It was imperative that the group had an opportunity to unwind before their graduation that evening so the event was used to ease them from the assessments to the ceremony.

Accomplished: It was important that we made the event hugely enjoyable yet it still needed a team building focus so each team played competitively against each other, betting marbles on who would win the games and activities in each zone.  To get teams in the mood from the outset, our school headmaster called each name from our school themed register. Accomplished staff were themed as head boys and girls and each team were given a timetable which showed them the order of their event.  The zones were themed as ‘Field trip’ ‘Playtime’ ‘Maths class’ and various others and the group even played the old school favourite Rounders and the classic school sports day races including egg & spoon, the sack race and the three legged.  To further theme the event and get the group into the mindset of being back in their school days, we gave them school caps and ties and prefect badges
