Team Building

Mission: To provide two team building event options for delegates attending a high end Summit event at Luton Hoo Hotel. Delegates were attending a two day programme which involved a series of meetings and networking and the purpose of the event was to give delegates some free time to network with industry colleagues after spending the morning in conference and breakout sessions.  

Accomplished: After a thorough proposal was sent to the client, the event team selected our creative pottery event for the indoor option and our all action multi-activity country pursuits event for the outdoor portion of the event. Delegates could select either option depending on their preference.  Our pottery event enabled delegates to make pots from scratch on our ‘Potters Wheels’.  These pots were finished by us post-event and sent to each attendee glazed. Delegates also had the opportunity to make a clay sculpture out of air dry clay so that they also had something to be proud of to take home that day! Our delegates doing the outdoor event were split into teams of 5-6 people and each team visited 4 fun zones, including archery, crossbow, quad bikes and clay pigeon shooting. We encouraged the team to bond by making the event competitive.  Our facilitators took score throughout the event and we had prizes for both the winning team and winning individual.  Delegates from both activities commented that this was a great culmination to their afternoon.
